I Attended Christchurch Primary School, Ilford, between 1949 and 1955. There is a wonderful history document on their website, or download the pdf. And Ilford County High School during the few short years when government policy was to keep dim rich kids out of the best schools. Well they didn’t mean to, but that’s what happened.
